About the Role As a Facilities Manager in Stockholm, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of buildings and facilities — from repairs and basic electrical and plumbing work to outdoor area maintenance and coordination of contractors. What You Will Do Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on buildings and technical installations. Perform basic electrical and plumbing work and report major defects. Maintain outdoor areas, snow and ice removal, and care of green spaces. Receive, assess, and address fault reports and document actions taken. Coordinate and follow up with external contractors and suppliers. Ensure workplace safety and comply with applicable procedures and regulations. Collaborate with colleagues and facility managers to prioritize work. What You Bring Trade education or equivalent experience in property management, construction, or technical maintenance. Practical experience in operations and maintenance, preferably with knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems. Valid certificates or training where required and a B-class driver's license are advantageous. You are driven and take responsibility for your work. You deliver high quality, every time.
