Facilities Maintenance Officer

Hotel Rusthållargården is a hotel and conference facility located in Arild on the scenic Kullaberg nature reserve. The facility has 49 hotel rooms, 6 conference spaces, restaurant capacity for approximately 200 guests, and a spa. We are looking for a facilities maintenance officer/property caretaker to provide substitute coverage when our regular staff member is on vacation. The position involves performing ongoing maintenance and care of our hotel properties, including garden areas and pool facilities. You have previous experience in similar work and possess knowledge of common repairs and maintenance in a hotel setting. Experience or training in construction, facilities, or a relevant trade is desirable but not required. The most important thing is that you are a "hands-on" person who gets things done regardless of the task at hand. We are looking for someone who is thorough and service-oriented, takes responsibility for their work, and can prioritize their workday. This is a fixed-term position at 60% day shift, weekdays, weeks 38-40. Interviews are ongoing.
