About the Training We offer a complete security guard training program conducted in three stages. Training starts September 14, 2026 in Luleå. Stage 1 – VU1 📚 2 weeks of training The first part consists of VU1, where you gain foundational knowledge and skills for working in the security industry. Stage 2 – Paid Internship 👮 160 hours of paid internship After VU1, you complete 160 hours of paid internship where you get the opportunity to apply your knowledge in practice, gain valuable experience, and learn the daily work of a security guard. The internship is paid for those who have completed and passed VU1 with a passing grade. Stage 3 – VU2 📚 1 week of training The training concludes with VU2, which builds upon your knowledge and experience from VU1 and the internship. Important – you need to be available during the entire period The training and internship are conducted during a continuous period. It is therefore very important that you have the opportunity to take leave from your current job or other commitments during the entire training and internship period.
