We are now recruiting colleagues for employment as Security Guard/Store Controller. This position puts certain demands on you as a person. We set higher standards than others because your individual contribution makes a bigger difference with us than elsewhere. To work with us, you also need training, which we provide. Both training mandated by the Police Authority and more comprehensive internal training to give you the right conditions.
With us, you work both with colleagues and independently in a team to make our customers' world safer. This means that demands are placed on, among other things, personal responsibility and problem-solving. Together with your future colleagues, you solve both planned and unplanned assignments and work for a safer world in our local area. There are work tasks that are challenging both physically and mentally where your contribution makes a direct difference. Your ability to cooperate is important.
The Position:
As a store controller with us, the position places high demands on you as a person regarding several qualities. The position includes, among other things, that you get a high degree of autonomy but also become responsible for most customer contacts at your workplace. This can include planning additional surveillance, changed schedules, following up on previous incidents with staff, participating in customer meetings, assisting customers in designing security and systems, filing police reports, and preparing investigative materials for the police, and more. In addition to the obvious preventive work against theft and intervention when needed.
You are also expected to be technically proficient. You should be able to handle camera systems, alarms, access systems, various types of operational alarms, fire alarms, facility-related issues, and various customer-specific systems.
You will also support the daytime management. This can include work tasks such as customer visits, helping to gather information for new customers, delivering equipment to customers and colleagues. Following up on previous work and supporting training.
To achieve a better work environment, we combine several different types of work to get variation in the working day. This requires you as a person to be able to switch gears and be prepared to take your own initiative to reorganize your work tasks to fit the operations.
The position requires accuracy and a willingness to follow up. The position also develops over time, which means that work tasks change, are added, and are reorganized as needed.

We provide training where needed and you will work with colleagues and management where advice and support are needed on both sides.
Work is primarily afternoons & evenings, both weekdays and weekends on a rotating schedule.
