At Attendo, we are now looking for hourly substitutes for Attendo Vårdbo in Vallentuna. Vårdbo is located in the beautiful natural part of Vallentuna. Vårdbo has 33 beds distributed across 4 units, 1 somatic unit and 3 dementia units. About the role We are looking for an hourly substitute for an awake night position with working hours 21:00-07:00 to replace staff on leave As an hourly substitute with us, you play a crucial role in creating a safe and stimulating environment for our customers during the night. You are responsible for providing good care and support to our customers. Creating a positive and safe atmosphere for our customers is a big part of your role. We would prefer that you live in Vallentuna municipality or in a nearby municipality. Your work tasks include: Personal care according to the activities' routines based on the customer's individual needs and wishes Simple cleaning and laundry. Help with, for example, preparing breakfast. Perform documentation and work based on decided interventions Collaborate with external and internal contacts such as family members, nurses and rehabilitation staff. Who are you? You have experience working awake nights in elderly care. You enjoy providing good service, building great relationships and want to give quality of life to our customers. As a person, you are independent, humble, careful and responsible. You are passionate about caring for the elderly, see the individual's needs and are engaged with their loved ones. You become part of an engaged team of colleagues who all strive to do that little extra. For this reason, it is important that you are good at collaborating, have a pedagogical approach and contribute to a good and pleasant atmosphere at our workplace. Qualifications Requirement that you have previously worked awake nights Requirement for good knowledge of the Swedish language (spoken and written) Good computer skills/computer experience Requirement that you live in Vallentuna municipality or nearby municipality You are a nursing assistant with a professional certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare What can we offer you?
