Cubsec is now seeking a person for a full-time position in the planning department, hire according to agreement. As a personnel planner, you have close contact with the operational activities and plan staffing in a quality-assured and efficient manner. The planning will be based on laws, procedures, and collective agreements. You will solve short-term vacancies and proactively work to achieve set goals. The role includes vacation planning, training planning, and also some long-term planning. In the role, it is important to be able to make correct assessments and prioritizations despite time constraints. Within our operations, much often happens at once, which means you need to remain calm and focus on the right things even if stressful or pressured situations may arise.
