As a road freight forwarder, you'll have a varied role where you serve as an important link between customers, transporters, and partner companies. You work with planning and coordinating transports, following up on deliveries, and resolving any deviations along the way. Tasks: - Plan, book, and coordinate transports - Schedule and optimize transport flows - Maintain ongoing contact with customers, transporters, and international partners - Notify customers and book delivery times and cut-off times - Register and track transports in various systems - Handle deviations and help ensure smooth transport operations - Work with results tracking - Handle transport-related documentation, such as invoices, ADR documents, and CMR About the position: Location: Göteborg Scope: Full-time Your profile We're looking for someone who is thorough, well-organized, and solution-focused. You find it easy to prioritize and maintain control even when the pace is high and conditions change rapidly. At the same time, you're a team player who enjoys working with engaged colleagues.
