Road Maintenance Worker
About the position
As a road maintenance worker, you will primarily work with delivery, setup, and removal of traffic control materials, barriers, and other safety equipment for our customers. You will also be responsible for rental, maintenance, and handling of traffic control materials at our depots.
In this role, you will have daily contact with customers, both at work sites and at the depot. In addition to providing excellent service, you are expected to act as an advisor and help customers choose the right traffic and safety solutions based on their needs. We work as a team and support each other where needed, which means that other tasks may also occur. Together we create a safe, efficient, and professional customer experience from start to finish.

About you
We are looking for someone with experience in similar tasks and preferably previous experience with traffic control materials or road maintenance work. You have a strong focus on safety and quality, take responsibility for your work, and enjoy collaborating with others.
As a person, you are proactive and see what needs to be done. You work in a structured manner, value organization and order, and actively contribute to creating good teamwork. You have a strong customer focus and enjoy delivering top-class service.
Requirements
Category B driver's license
Category C driver's license
Experience with similar work
Good ability to work independently and in a team
Safety awareness and quality focus
Good service skills and customer-oriented work approach
Experience working with traffic control materials
APV certification (Work on Road)
Meritorious
Experience from road maintenance, construction, or similar operations
