Work experience in a state administration institution (in a management position) will be considered an advantage. Job responsibilities: organize, manage, and oversee the Museum's work, fulfillment of tasks assigned to the Museum, efficient use of personnel and other resources; organize and lead the development and implementation of the Museum's development strategy, policies, and work plans; ensure the development and compliance with guidelines for the Museum's overall artistic image, exhibition design, and promotion of the Museum's offerings; draft Museum orders, informational, methodological, and organizational documents within the scope of competence. We offer: responsible, interesting, and creative work; monthly salary from 1950.00 – 2020.00 EUR, which may vary based on individual evaluation criteria of the candidate; social benefits, including vacation allowance, health insurance (after probation period ends).
