Skrieru Music and Arts School invites applications for a director's deputy position (part-time – 20 h per week). Key Responsibilities: - Organize and ensure quality educational process; - Coordinate and maintain E-klase and VIIS operations; - Coordinate pedagogical work and provide methodological support; - Analyze educational outcomes and develop school operations; - Organize student participation in competitions and events. Requirements: - Compliance with one of the requirements specified in Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Continuing Professional Development of Pedagogues" Section 13; - Compliance with requirements set out in the Education Law and Child Rights Protection Law; - Knowledge of education sector regulatory acts; - Good IT skills (E-klase, VIIS, MS Office, Lietvaris); - High sense of responsibility and communication skills.
