Valmiera Pārgaujas Elementary School (hereinafter – the Institution) invites applications for a Deputy Director position in the education sector (inclusive education and work with gifted students) on a permanent basis. If you wish to: • organize, coordinate, and oversee the work of support teams (educational psychologist, special education teacher, speech-language pathologist, social pedagogue, etc.); • plan and direct the implementation of inclusive education and special education programs at the Institution; • coordinate and collaborate in developing and improving individual education programs and support plans for students with special needs or learning difficulties; • oversee and coordinate systems for early identification and development of gifted students; • provide methodological and informational support to teachers in differentiating curriculum content, adapting inclusive learning environments, and developing talent; • establish and maintain regular, professional collaboration with students' parents, state and municipal institutions (including pedagogical-medical commissions); • oversee accurate and timely completion of documentation and e-class data related to support measures and talent development; and you have: • higher education in accordance with the requirements of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 569
