No. 90000035590, announces a competition for the vacant position of Vice Principal in the Education Sector at Turlava Primary School (state official position) We offer: Part-time employment (0.3 position) in a supportive and development-oriented environment. Monthly salary rate of 1645 EUR per month for 1.0 position before tax deduction. Health insurance after 6 months of work and other social benefits. Opportunity to implement ideas and participate in institutional development. Main duties of the position: Plan and organize the teaching process. Monitor education quality in the institution. Lead and support teachers. Manage documentation and information systems (VIIS, e-klase). Promote institutional development and cooperation. Requirements: Compliance with restrictions for working as a pedagogue as defined in the Education Law and the Law on the Protection of Children's Rights. Compliance with requirements for necessary education and professional qualifications and professional development procedures for pedagogues as defined in the Education Law and Cabinet of Ministers regulations. State language proficiency in accordance with State Language Law requirements. Good cooperation and communication skills. Ability to engage in school development projects and international cooperation. Experience in team leadership or education process coordination will be considered an advantage.
