We manage electricity, heating, water, wastewater, waste management, fiber optic networks and broadband. Currently, around 120 people work in our operations. Annual revenue is approximately 300 million kronor. We are looking for a dedicated Water and Wastewater Strategy Manager with a focus on water and wastewater tariffs and distribution networks who wants to contribute to a long-term sustainable, operationally reliable, and economically stable water and wastewater operation. 1 position(s). DUTIES As a Water and Wastewater Strategy Manager, you hold a key role in the long-term development of the water and wastewater operation. You work strategically with tariff development, distribution network expansion, investment planning, and sustainable resource management. The role involves balancing technical, economic, environmental, and operational perspectives to create the foundation for future decisions. You collaborate closely with our specialist, operations, support, and management functions. Your responsibilities include: • Manage the development, analysis, and monitoring of water and wastewater tariffs. • Prepare financial forecasts and decision-support materials related to fees, investments, and financing. • Coordinate long-term renewal and investment planning for distribution networks. • Analyze capacity, status, risks, and future needs within water and wastewater operations. • Develop strategic materials for operational areas, development projects, and connection issues. • Contribute to water and wastewater planning, strategies, action plans, and operational development. • Monitor legislation, industry developments, and develop operational decision-support systems and key metrics. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with: • Relevant higher education or university degree in, for example, water and wastewater, environmental engineering, civil engineering, water resources, or equivalent. • Experience from water and wastewater operations, technical infrastructure, or similar operational areas. • Strong analytical skills and experience in developing decision-support materials. • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. It is advantageous if you have: • Experience working with water and wastewater tariffs, LAV, and ABVA. • Knowledge of investment and renewal planning for distribution networks. • Experience with financial analysis and forecasting. • Experience with GIS, VASS, or other digital decision-support tools. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and solution-oriented. You have a strategic holistic perspective, work well coordinating different interests, and can translate complex issues into clear materials and recommendations. Personal suitability is given great weight. Salary form: Monthly salary. Employment type: Permanent. Duration: Permanent.
