This is a new position and primarily includes the following tasks: Oversee compliance with operational agreements regarding infrastructure within water and wastewater operations. Ensure that installations meet legal requirements, industry standards, and internal guidelines. Work on efficiency improvements and optimization of installation function and operations. Take responsibility for planning preventive and remedial maintenance, reinvestments, and renewal needs. Participate in water and wastewater planning as a requirements setter. Work with modern tools for municipal water and wastewater operations such as operational monitoring systems, maintenance systems, and network mapping software. Handle operational technical issues related to electrical systems, controls, hydraulics, and pump technology. Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking someone who has a degree in civil engineering in road and water engineering or other relevant education, or equivalent experience experience with operations and maintenance of municipal water and wastewater installations, such as wastewater and stormwater pump stations experience with operational monitoring systems experience with network mapping software, such as VA-banken experience with electrical, control, and communication systems in water and wastewater installations strong ability to express yourself well in Swedish, both spoken and written Class B driver's license. We consider it advantageous if you have experience with GIS, AutoCAD, maintenance systems knowledge of hydraulic dimensioning knowledge of pump technology. We are looking for someone who is careful and structured, able to see the bigger picture while keeping track of details. You work independently and take responsibility for your tasks but also enjoy collaborating and contributing to joint solutions. Your service-oriented approach means you enjoy helping others and finding practical solutions that work in everyday situations. You are clear in your communication with others and easily switch between monitoring, advising, and development work.
