SIA "Rīgas nami" invites you to apply for the position of MOBILE BRIGADE CLEANING SUPERVISOR WE OFFER: work location in Riga (office at Rāmuļu iela 24); monthly salary of 1300 EUR (gross); stable and regular remuneration; motivating benefits (health insurance after probation period, paid professional certifications, additional days off, etc.); required equipment and employer transport vehicle for work. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR: performing all types of territory cleaning work at company-managed facilities in various locations throughout Riga, with the largest volume of work in the Bolderāja and Daugavgrīva areas; seasonal work – grass mowing, leaf collection, snow cleaning, shrub maintenance, etc.; sweeping, cleaning, and maintaining streets, sidewalks, driveways, and yard areas; ensuring cleanliness of common areas, including sweeping, washing, and maintenance; maintaining waste bins and container areas; inspecting facilities and reporting damages or problems; responsibility for state flag display; reading utility meters (electricity, water, etc.); performing similar tasks as instructed by your supervisor. WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE: precision and sense of responsibility; experience in cleaning will be an advantage; ability to work independently and in a team; mobility – willingness and ability to work at different facilities in Riga; Category B driver's license; State language proficiency level B.
