Shape the next generation of AI support for experts and technicians in a complex service and support environment. Here you'll lead the UX and service design work for an AI-based expert assistant in a complex service and support environment. This role is perfect for you if you want to create clear, usable flows where technical information, trust, and business value meet. About the Role You drive the design work from current state through MVP and further development. You shape the experience for internal experts and selected resellers. You help the team prioritize the right use cases and design decisions. You work in a cross-functional environment with AI, product, technology, and business. What You'll Do Define user journeys, information architecture, and core interaction patterns. Create flows, wireframes, prototypes, and design direction in Figma. Plan and conduct user validation with experts and technicians. Translate insights into concrete improvements and priorities. Create structure for feedback, learning, and continued development. What We're Looking For Strong experience with UX and service design in complex environments. Experience working with expert users, support flows, or technical information. Ability to facilitate workshops and build alignment among stakeholders. Experience with user research, concept validation, and prototyping. Interest or experience with AI-driven products and assistants.
