You ensure a consistent experience across multiple platforms and channels. You translate business needs into scalable and digital-first solutions. You drive work toward increased self-service, automation, and better user experience. What You'll Do Define UX principles, guidelines, and design standards. Map and improve employee journeys and HR processes. Reduce friction, manual steps, and unnecessary complexity. Collaborate with HR, IT, communications, and platform/product teams. Track experience quality, efficiency, and adoption with KPIs. We're Looking for Someone Who Has Solid experience in UX leadership, service design, and journey mapping. Good understanding of HR processes and service delivery in larger organizations. Ability to design for automation, scalability, and self-service. Experience working cross-functionally with many stakeholders. Data-driven approach and experience measuring user experience.
