You support the sector's management group in strategic matters and work on behalf of the sector manager. As a development strategist, you are responsible for supporting the development of operations through analysis, follow-up, investigations and coordination. You contribute to ensuring that operations meet national objectives, legal requirements and municipal goals. Together with the management group, you contribute to creating conditions for long-term sustainable development within the education sector. YOUR COMPETENCE We are looking for you who have an academic degree in pedagogy, political science, social science, economics or other education that the employer deems appropriate. You have experience of qualified investigative, analytical or development work and thrive in a role where you translate complex information into clear decision-making documents. You express yourself well in speech and writing and have good experience in processing, analyzing and presenting statistics and operational data. Experience of working in the public sector is a prerequisite for success in the role. It is meritorious if you have experience from school or education operations and good knowledge of school laws, curricula and other steering documents within the education sector. Experience of systematic quality work, government grant management, and budget and follow-up work is positive. If you also have experience in project management or process management, that is an advantage. As a person, you are analytical, structured and self-directed. You have the ability to see wholes while working carefully and methodically. You are communicative and have an aptitude for creating trusting relationships and enjoy working closely with managers, employees and other stakeholders. Through your commitment and your ability to drive processes, you contribute to the development of operations and goal achievement.
