Ref: 20261881 Responsibilities The Development Coordinator is a strategic support function within the Cultural Administration's management office, responsible for developing, coordinating, and ensuring quality in the administration's project management. The role ensures that cross-administrative projects are conducted according to the administration's project model and contributes to a uniform, efficient, and purposeful approach. The Development Coordinator is responsible for developing and managing the project model, coordinating the administration's common projects, supporting project managers and project owners, and planning and facilitating decision-making processes and follow-up together with administration management. The role is also responsible for the project model's methods, governance documents, templates, tools, and procedures, as well as implementing these in operations. The Development Coordinator identifies development needs and works continuously to improve project management. The assignment also includes planning and delivering training and competency development initiatives within project management and project governance. Furthermore, the Development Coordinator prepares decision-making materials, analyses, and follow-ups related to the project portfolio and serves as an advisor on matters concerning project management and change management. Qualifications Requirements Academic degree in, for example, political science, social sciences, economics, project management, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. Several years of experience in project management or project governance. Experience developing and implementing work approaches, processes, or management models. Experience coordinating complex assignments with many stakeholders. Good knowledge of project management models and project methodology. Meritorious Good understanding of governance, follow-up, and decision-making processes. Experience working in public administration Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish.
