Qulturum, Section for Learning, Training and Simulation, Region Jönköpings län
Do you want to be part of developing how learning works in a large organization – where systems, structure, and content need to work together? This is a role for someone who wants to make things work in practice – and is driven by improving, simplifying, and developing.
The Development Manager Role
This role combines system administration, qualified user support, training coordination, and learning development. A central part of the assignment is providing qualified user support within learning platforms and workflows, combined with system administration and training coordination. You ensure that our learning platforms work in daily practice – for users, managers, and operations. At the same time, you drive development forward.
We are in a phase where our learning platforms and workflows are evolving, with upcoming procurements and potential system changes. You will play an important role in defining requirements, implementing, and further developing solutions. Learning can take many forms – digital, instructor-led, synchronous, and asynchronous – and you contribute to developing hybrid learning solutions that work in practice.
Your Assignment in Practice – You work in three interconnected areas with a common focus: making everything work today and improving it over time.
Within systems and structure, you are responsible for ensuring that our learning platforms (Learning Management System, LMS, and Training Management System, TMS) function reliably and effectively in practice. This means you:
• Provide qualified user support and IT support related to the learning platform.
• Administer and configure the platform (courses, structures, settings).
• Manage users, permissions, and access.
• Ensure that training workflows function correctly.
• Troubleshoot, test, and quality assure functionality.
• Follow up and improve integrations and information flows.
• Ensure that systems not only work technically – but also support operational needs smoothly.
Within training and coordination, you are responsible for ensuring that training can be planned, delivered, and followed up efficiently. This means you:
• Deliver training and workshops for users and operations.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on training initiatives.
• Ensure that the right training reaches the right target group.
• Work with follow-up, statistics, and quality in learning.
• Support operations in how training is structured and administered.
• Plan and deliver training on the learning platform.
• Develop guides, manuals, and support materials.
• Make it easy for others to do the right thing.
Within development and improvement, you actively contribute to developing how learning, systems, and workflows work together. This means you:
• Identify recurring problems and improvement areas.
• Develop structure, workflows, and platform usage.
• Contribute to defining requirements and dialogue with vendors.
• Participate in procurements and implementation of new solutions.
• Translate needs into pedagogical approaches or simpler content.
