Do you have a passion for digitalization and want to make a difference for the residents of Norrbotten and healthcare staff? As an Administrative Manager in the Digital Healthcare administrative area within the Digital Healthcare Support and Resident Services business unit, you will be responsible for coordinating and developing the administration of digital services such as 1177 and Min vård Norrbotten. These services enable communication between residents and healthcare as well as information exchange with internal healthcare systems, such as Cosmic. Together with the business operations and other expertise, you will contribute to accessible, secure, and future-oriented healthcare. We are looking for We are looking for someone with relevant higher education or university degree in healthcare, digitalization, informatics, or other education that the employer deems equivalent. You have a good understanding of how digital tools can support residents, patients, and staff in healthcare processes. It is advantageous if you have knowledge of resident services or other digital healthcare support that interacts with healthcare's internal systems, such as Cosmic. We also view positively experience with development work involving digital solutions, IT or healthcare system administration, training, methodological support, change management, or support within healthcare. Experience with work on routines, information pages, forms, programs, or access structures, as well as work with releases, testing, incident management, improvement suggestions, or quality assurance is also advantageous. What you will be working with The Administrative Manager within FO Digital Healthcare is responsible for coordinating and developing operations-focused administration of the region's digital healthcare services and resident services. The role ensures that the business operations' needs are translated into sustainable solutions, working methods, and services through close cooperation with healthcare operations, the digitalization department, suppliers, and other administrative entities. The position has a primary focus on resident services and digital healthcare support. Start date is by agreement. Selection and interviews take place continuously, and the position may be filled before the final application deadline.
