Your responsibilities
As a development leader with a focus on digitalization, you will be an important force in the municipality's digital development. Together with departments and companies, you capture needs, analyze challenges, and translate them into initiatives that simplify everyday life, streamline work methods, and create value for operations and residents.
You are the strategic link between operations and IT and support prioritizations, business cases, and implementation together with IT services. The work is based on the municipality's five main tracks for digital development: digital competence, digital innovation, digital security, digital infrastructure, and digital leadership.
The role involves leading dialogues and workshops, providing methodological support, and when necessary, driving initiatives from idea to implementation. You follow up on benefits and effects and contribute to ensuring that the development aligns with local, regional, and national projects and processes. Your responsibilities also include project management and analysis and pre-study work.
Your qualifications
We are looking for someone with higher education or university degree in, for example, IT or informatics, or alternatively experience that the employer considers equivalent. You have good English skills and at least two years of experience with similar work.

You are a person who drives development forward and gets things done. You have the ability to see the bigger picture while moving the work forward step by step. You are analytical and solution-oriented, with a genuine interest in the organization's needs. You are good at collaborating, building trust, and creating engagement, and you contribute to achieving results that benefit both operations and residents.
What we offer you

You have 25 vacation days until age 39, 31 days from age 40, and 32 days from age 50. Other information
During the vacation period, we will respond with lower frequency, which may mean slightly longer response times to any questions during the summer. We are back in week 33 and will answer questions after that.
After the application deadline has passed, we review the applications and get back to you. If you move forward, you will take tests, followed by a telephone meeting, a competency-based interview planned for week 35, and finally a possible candidate meeting. We always take references from the final candidate.
