Your Responsibilities In your role as Development Manager, you will have two colleagues in corresponding positions, enabling close collaboration and shared development. You will have a broad and independent assignment where you function as close strategic and operational support to the management of elderly care operations. We are looking for someone who wants to contribute to strengthening and developing quality work within elderly care for evidence-based and safe elder care. You will drive, ensure, and further develop quality parameters in daily work, which takes place in close cooperation with our operations. This includes, among other things, supporting and strengthening quality improvement work, conducting analyses, preparing decision-making materials, and assisting in developing and revising existing procedures. The position also includes close collaboration with other development managers and administration-wide functions to create synergies and exchange experiences and best practices. About You You can work both independently and in teams and can represent the department in both internal and external contexts. We believe you are comfortable conveying messages verbally and have strong abilities to express yourself both verbally and in writing. You are a reliable, analytical, flexible, and solution-focused person. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability. Requirements Licensed registered nurse Experience working as a nurse Interest and experience in process management Ability to conduct development work in politically governed operations Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written A valid B-class driver's license is required for the position Meritorious Knowledge of municipal care, particularly elderly care.
