The Assignment
As a development manager with us, you are responsible for conducting qualified investigative work – your starting point is cross-functional understanding and the ability to examine multiple perspectives. You have a central role in overall business planning with forward-thinking, and operation monitoring.
The role requires good understanding of a politically governed organization, confidence in presenting to management, and the ability for nuanced, factual oral and written communication.
The assignment includes:
Conducting analysis and investigative work
Compiling the organization's needs based on internal data, and connecting information from various sources into a complete picture
Responsibility for responding to external referrals, such as responses to government investigations
Coordinating survey investigations
Active environmental monitoring within the social policy area and healthcare area
Planning and conducting analysis workshops
You work independently and in close collaboration with management and other strategic roles.

What you need to bring
Requirements
Appropriate university degree
Several years of experience with investigative work in a public authority
Well familiar with working in a politically governed organization
Meritorious
Experience from multiple operations within social services, care, and healthcare
Experience with reporting and presentations to senior management
Experience with pedagogical work elements

Healthcare and Care in Norrtälje (KSON) is a unique collaboration between Norrtälje Municipality and Region Stockholm. The mission is to meet the residents' needs for healthcare and care. KSON thus has unique conditions to seamlessly meet residents' needs for efficient comprehensive solutions and is governed by a board with elected representatives from Region Stockholm and Norrtälje Municipality. Part of the Norrtälje Model.
KSON has agreements with many service providers and also operates care in-house through the wholly owned company Tiohundra AB. The budget turnover is approximately 4.8 billion kronor and we currently have approximately 120 employees, primarily with procurement, ownership, and authority assignments in the administration.

Norrtälje Municipality is part of a Finnish administrative area and we view positively if you speak Finnish or if you know any of the minority languages or another language.
We are looking for you who have the competence to contribute to our operations regardless of gender, gender identity or expression, age, ethnic background, religion or other belief, sexual orientation, or disability.
For this role, the starting salary is normally between 46,000 - 54,000 kr depending on experience and competence.
In the case of a permanent employment, a probationary period may be applied.
