About the role as Technology Development and Tactical Maintenance Manager
You will lead a team of technology developers and Superusers and be responsible together with the team for developing and managing automation at ICA DE Västerås. The assignment is about ensuring high technical availability and stable operations today, while building for future needs.
You will, among other things:
lead and develop a team of technical specialists
manage and further develop our automation facilities
drive technology and automation projects from idea to working solution
develop work methods for monitoring, optimization, and maintenance
collaborate with external technology and maintenance providers
identify and evaluate new technology.
Are you the person we're looking for?
We're looking for you with a strong technical foundation who can lead specialists and at the same time see how technology, automation, and operations connect.
We see that you have:
relevant post-secondary technical education
experience with personnel responsibility in technical operations
good knowledge of automation and technical maintenance
experience leading complex technology or automation projects.
Experience with warehouse automation, PLC/SCADA, LEAN, as well as change and improvement work is a merit.
