PN's collaboration with Bravida gives you both theoretical knowledge and practical experience to kickstart your career as a Refrigeration Technician. After 12 introductory weeks that include onboarding and mentoring, you will begin your assignment at Bravida, in an industry where the demand for expertise continues to grow. Professionals Nord is now launching this successful program in collaboration with Satellite Group. Through our initiative, we are shaping the next generation of Refrigeration Technicians. During the introductory period via Satellite Group, you will develop skills so that you quickly become comfortable with the tasks required in the role of Refrigeration Technician. You will then be employed by Professionals Nord and work as a consultant at Bravida for at least 18 months. The goal is for your employment to be transferred to Bravida, provided that all parties are satisfied with the collaboration. Information about the introductory period The introductory period is based on the Accelerated Learning method, where shorter theoretical sections are combined with practical elements to give you all the tools you need to succeed in the role. During the period you will develop in areas such as: Refrigeration Technology Electrical Systems Piping Systems and System Design Refrigerants and the F-gas Regulation Refrigeration Certificate Category 1 We offer study support throughout the entire introductory period. Read more about Bravida at bravida.se About the position As a refrigeration technician at Bravida, you primarily work with service, maintenance, and troubleshooting of cooling systems at grocery stores. The work involves handling both planned service assignments and emergency operational disruptions. You are involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and are responsible for performing the assignment in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements. Over time, on-call and standby duties are included, which means you need to be comfortable working independently and feel confident taking responsibility at customer sites. Common work tasks include: Service and projects within the refrigeration field Troubleshooting and developing concrete action plans for these issues Customer contact Planning with your immediate service manager for work execution We are looking for you if you Have a genuine interest in technology and a desire to develop within refrigeration technology Enjoy combining practical work with technical problem-solving Are curious, responsible, and dare to take your own initiative Are organized and remain calm in time-critical situations Have good collaboration skills and enjoy customer contact Possess a Class B driver's license Strong merits include tool experience, for example from work with vehicles, renovation projects, or other practical contexts.
