Information about the Introductory Period Through our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we're shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills so you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the refrigeration technician role. Here you'll have a unique opportunity to rapidly develop within areas such as electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control and regulation systems, and refrigeration process components. After completing the introductory period, you'll be employed by us at Professionals Nord, and during the first 18 months you'll work as a consultant for Bravida. Provided the collaboration works well, the goal and intention is continued employment with Bravida. Read more about Bravida at bravida.se Duties As a refrigeration technician, you'll have a socially meaningful role working on various projects in Kiruna. The job largely consists of coordinating, planning, and executing various installations for Bravida's customers. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and you'll be responsible for executing the assignment in accordance with current safety and quality requirements. Common tasks include: • Service and contracts in the refrigeration field • Troubleshooting and developing concrete action proposals for these issues • Customer contact • Planning the work execution together with your immediate service manager • Material ordering You'll be the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both clients and suppliers. You'll alternate between working independently and collaboratively with your team. Of course, you'll receive thorough introductory training to get you started properly, including a personal mentor who stays with you until you can perform your tasks independently. You'll work convenient hours, 07:00-16:00 Monday to Friday. This position will eventually include on-call duty.
