Information about the Introductory Period
Using our program based on the Accelerated Learning method, we're developing the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills so that you quickly become confident in the tasks required for the refrigeration technician role. Here you'll have a unique opportunity to quickly develop expertise in areas including electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control and regulation systems, and refrigeration process components.

Important Dates

Scope: Full-time
This is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Bravida. After completing the introductory period, you'll be employed by Professionals Nord, and for the first 18 months you'll work as a consultant at Bravida. Provided the collaboration works well, the aim and intention is for continued employment at Bravida.

Your Tasks
As a refrigeration technician, you'll have a socially valuable role working on varying projects in Gällivare. The job largely consists of coordinating, planning, and executing various installations for Bravida's customers. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and you're responsible for carrying out the work in accordance with current safety and quality requirements. Common tasks include:
• Service and contracts within the refrigeration field
• Troubleshooting and developing concrete action proposals for these issues
• Customer contact
• Planning work execution together with your direct service manager
• Material ordering
You'll be the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both clients and suppliers. You'll alternate between working independently and working with your team. Of course, you'll receive thorough orientation to get started properly, including being assigned a personal mentor who will support you until you can perform your tasks independently.
You'll work convenient hours, 7am-4pm Monday through Friday.
Over time, this position will include on-call duty.

• is hands-on with good problem-solving ability and technical interest
• is a driven, organized, communicative, and responsible team player
• speaks and writes Swedish fluently and holds a B driving license
