Information about the Introductory Period Using our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we're shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introductory period, you'll develop skills so you quickly become comfortable with the tasks required in the refrigeration technician role. Here you'll have a unique opportunity to rapidly develop knowledge in areas such as electrical systems, blueprint reading, control and regulation systems, and refrigeration process components. What Do We Offer? • A free, 12-week introductory period combining theory and practice • Access to study support throughout the introductory period • A truly strong career start – you'll be employed by Professionals Nord and begin working directly with Bravida after completing the introductory period • Accommodation assistance if you need to commute during the introductory period • Opportunity for permanent employment with Bravida after 18 months • A meaningful profession Important Dates Introduction: Fall 2026 First day with Bravida: January 2027 Scope: Full-time This is a close collaboration between Professionals Nord and Bravida. After completing the introductory period, you'll be employed by us at Professionals Nord, and during the first 18 months you'll work as a consultant with Bravida. Provided the collaboration works well, the goal and intention is for continued employment with Bravida. Bravida is one of the Nordic region's leading providers of complete solutions for service and installation of electrical, HVAC, ventilation, and other technical functions in buildings and facilities. Read more about Bravida at bravida.se Responsibilities As a refrigeration technician, you'll have a socially valuable role where you work on varying projects in Kiruna. The job consists largely of coordinating, planning, and executing various installations for Bravida's customers. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and are responsible for executing the assignment in compliance with applicable safety and quality requirements. Common responsibilities include: • Service and contracting work in the refrigeration field • Troubleshooting and developing concrete corrective action proposals for issues • Customer contact • Planning work execution together with your direct service manager • Material orders You'll be the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both clients and suppliers. You'll alternate between working independently and as part of your team. Of course, you'll receive a comprehensive introduction to the role, including assignment of a personal mentor who will support you until you can perform your tasks independently. You'll work convenient hours, 07:00-16:00 Monday through Friday. This role will eventually include on-call duty.
