Information about the Introduction Period Using our initiative based on the Accelerated Learning method, we're shaping the next generation of refrigeration technicians. During the introduction period, you'll develop skills so you quickly become confident in the tasks required in the refrigeration technician role. Here you'll have a unique opportunity to quickly advance in areas including electrical knowledge, blueprint reading, control and regulation systems, and refrigeration process components. After completing the introduction period, you'll be employed by us at Professionals Nord and during the first 18 months you'll work as a consultant at Bravida. Provided that the collaboration works well, the goal and intention is continued employment at Bravida. Read more about Bravida at bravida.se Job Responsibilities As a refrigeration technician, you'll have a socially meaningful role working on varying projects in Gällivare. The job consists largely of coordinating, planning and executing various installations for Bravida's customers. You'll be involved throughout the entire process, from the planning phase to project completion, and are responsible for executing the assignment in accordance with applicable safety and quality requirements. Common job tasks include: • Service and projects within the refrigeration field • Troubleshooting and developing concrete solutions for these problems • Customer contact • Planning together with your immediate service manager for work execution • Material ordering You'll be the face of the company and work in a social role where you have daily contact with both customers and suppliers. You'll alternate between working independently and as part of your team. Of course, you'll receive thorough introduction to get off to a good start, where you'll be assigned a personal mentor who will be with you until you can perform your tasks independently. Furthermore, you'll work convenient hours, 07-16 Monday to Friday. In this role, on-call duty will be included over time.
