Then the Customer Monitoring Specialist role at Securitas Technology could be your next job!
Duties and Responsibilities
As a Customer Monitoring Specialist, you will work at our alarm center with customer contacts via phone, chat, and email. You are responsible for handling security-classified customer cases through our case management system. You act in an advisory and proactive manner in dialogue with our customers and partners.
This is a full-time position with varying working hours. Work shifts may include daytime, evenings, and nights, which requires flexibility but also provides variety in your work.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience relevant to the role.
Previous experience in service and customer contact.
Good ability to learn and work efficiently with systems and other digital work tools.
Basic security understanding.
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, as both languages are used in the work.
It is a merit if you have experience from similar roles where case handling via phone and email has been a regular part of the work.
