About the Assignment The organization is undergoing a comprehensive digital transformation journey and is developing customized digital solutions, tools, and support to create efficient and robust IT processes. We are now seeking two experienced ITSM tool developers with the ability to independently develop, configure, and further enhance functionality in a new ITSM system. The role involves joining a newly formed development team responsible for development, configuration, integration, and technical management of the ITSM platform. You will work closely with the Tech Lead, operations, and product owner to create solutions with high usability and good maintainability. You are expected to have strong technical expertise and experience with configuration and customization of ITSM tools, as well as understanding of ITSM processes and working methods in larger organizations. Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize the ITSM tool based on requirements. Create and configure forms, workflows, rules, notifications, reports, and integrations. Further develop functionality within areas such as Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Configuration Management. Analyze requirements and propose technical solutions. Troubleshoot, fix, and improve existing solutions. Work with testing, documentation, and quality assurance. Prepare technical documentation and assist with handover to operations. Collaborate with product owners, Tech Lead, architects, security functions, and external vendors. Your Application Does the role sound interesting and suitable?
