Develop AI and Low-Code Solutions for the Airports of the Future

Do you want to shape how AI and automation are used in an essential public service? Swedavia is looking for you to create structure, enable innovation, and build the governance of Power Platform and Copilot in Microsoft 365 within the aviation industry. As a Delivery Manager for Power Platform and Copilot, you are responsible for creating order and structure in a growing world of AI, low-code, and custom-developed solutions in M365. Today, many solutions are being built with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot, and your job will be to create a clear and sustainable governance structure. The role includes, among other things: Develop, implement, and manage governance and lifecycle management for Power Platform, Copilot, and AI in M365. Enable secure, controlled, and business-driven use of AI and low-code solutions. Own the governance model as well as incident, problem, and change management for the current area of responsibility. Coordinate requirements and change management efforts with relevant functions and vendors. Drive training initiatives and strengthen the organization's AI and IT maturity. Ensure regulatory compliance, information security, and technical and user documentation. AI maturity varies across the organization today, so you'll have the opportunity to think ahead, drive development, and help raise competence around AI, automation, and Power Platform throughout the business. Who are you? We're looking for someone with: Academic education in IT or equivalent experience. Experience with Microsoft Power Platform in larger/complex organizations, including Dev/Test/Prod, Dataverse, and related M365 tools (e.g., Purview, Copilot Studio, Power Apps, and Power Automate). Experience with governance management for shared platforms or services. Ability to drive training and change initiatives in cross-functional environments, both internally and externally. Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Meritorious experience with: Power Platform governance at scale and building new governance objects. ITIL and relevant M365 certifications. Knowledge of DLP policies, information classification, access control, information security, and GDPR in M365. As a person, you are organized, communicative, and pedagogical. You thrive in collaboration, are solution-oriented, and have an easy time building trust and consensus among different stakeholders.
