About the Position The role of Scientific Project Manager primarily involves compiling knowledge bases for national guidelines. You will work alongside a main project manager and be responsible for the knowledge bases that form the foundation for recommendations within one or more disease areas. We develop these knowledge bases through an established process where we methodically review and compile relevant scientific evidence or systematically gather proven experience. The role can vary between developing knowledge bases yourself and educating and leading others working with them. We work in teams with both colleagues and external experts, and together we drive the projects forward. The team plans the work together and everyone contributes to ensuring the work is completed on time and with the right quality. Although your primary responsibility is knowledge bases, other tasks may also become relevant. You are expected to participate in methodological and developmental work within the scope of the national guidelines assignment. The unit works with knowledge governance in healthcare, dental care, and social services. We are a driven and collaboration-focused unit with strong cohesion, where we help each other within and between teams and develop together. We are Looking for You With a doctoral degree within healthcare or social services work experience reviewing, analyzing, and compiling scientific knowledge bases from studies work experience working in projects very good ability to express yourself in Swedish orally and in writing very good ability to comprehend scientific material in English It is a Merit if You Have experience assessing or conducting systematic reviews or meta-analyses experience evaluating the advantages and disadvantages of different types of study designs experience with the GRADE evidence grading tool experience with investigative work at a government agency, in addition to university experience pedagogical training or experience arranging and conducting training experience working within healthcare or social services Good to Know Employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will work from the office at Västerbroplan in Stockholm, but have the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Your job title will be Investigator and your placement will be in the Department of Knowledge Governance Healthcare and Dental Care and in the Unit for National Guidelines 2.
