Scope: Full-time, 100%
Assignment Duration: Start September 1 and continues through December 31, 2026. An extension of up to 3 months may be possible.
Remote Work: Opportunity for some remote work after completed onboarding

About the Assignment
As an investigator, you will work with qualified handling of incoming cases in a rule-governed organization. The assignment involves analyzing documentation, making assessments according to applicable regulations, and contributing to cases being handled with legal certainty and efficiency.
You will be part of a team working with both investigation and administration, and will have ongoing contact with internal and external parties. The assignment begins with an introduction and training period to give you the best possible conditions for starting your work.
Duties
In this role you will, among other things:
Handle and investigate cases according to established procedures and regulations
Analyze and assess information from various types of documentation
Document investigations and prepare decision support materials
Make decisions within the scope of your delegated authority
Handle incoming feedback, statements, and appeals
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to efficient and legally certain case management
Qualifications
To be considered for this assignment, you must meet the requirements below:
Completed university degree in a relevant field, such as law or social sciences
At least six (6) months of experience as an investigator or case handler in supervisory activities
Experience working in the public sector or other rule-governed environment
Strong ability to interpret and apply regulations and legal texts
Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
Good computer skills and ability to work in different IT environments
