About the job
We're looking for new colleagues with a background in infrastructure development or vehicle engineering. Work tasks can be adapted to your expertise and new requirements from the environment.
Our work contributes to enabling sustainable infrastructure development and future vehicles and vehicle systems that can meet challenges in both safety and the environment. We help shape requirements for, among other things, infrastructure, automated and connected vehicles, intelligent transport systems (ITS), emissions, and noise.
Regulations development occurs both internationally, within the UN/UNECE and EU where we participate in decision committees and expert groups, and nationally through regulatory work and major investigation assignments from, for example, the government. Both national and international regulations are an important tool in achieving transportation policy goals, and we can often influence the development.
There is great interest from society and you will often find yourself at the center of events.
Work may involve travel both within and outside Sweden.

You will
work with international regulations development
work with national regulations development
develop proposals for Swedish positions and represent Sweden in international negotiations
collaborate with other actors such as authorities, industries, and interest organizations
prepare matters from the Government Offices
handle and respond to consultations
assist with your expertise to other operations.
You must have
academic education of at least 180 credits, preferably with a technical focus or equivalent competence
work experience relevant to the position
good knowledge of Swedish, spoken and written
good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
It is advantageous if you also have
experience with qualified investigation work
experience with regulations development
experience working in projects
experience with international work
research education.
