The Healthcare and Medical Services Administration is seeking an engaged and driven Information Security Officer. The role is positioned within the Digital Care Environments unit of the Healthcare and Medical Services Administration. Job Responsibilities In your role as an investigator specializing in information security, you are responsible for providing support to project management for core projects and to management within the Healthcare and Medical Services Administration on information security matters at strategic, tactical, and operational levels. An important part of the work is to support the Healthcare and Medical Services Administration on matters related to information security, and you will work together with other expert functions to develop work processes and solve specific tasks. Through environmental monitoring, you stay updated within your area of expertise. The job responsibilities include: Provide support for information classification, risk analysis, impact assessments, and requirement specification for the measures needed to protect information assets. Serve as an educational and advisory resource within the information security field Contribute and support core projects in potential procurements Assist with the disclosure of public records Contribute to the development of methods and processes for information security work Key role in drafting data processor agreements Qualifications We are looking for someone who has: Good experience working in IT systems and digital tools Flexibility and experience with multiple contact points Experience leading processes and assignments Relevant academic degree, for example in law, cyber or information security, systems science, or other education/experience deemed equivalent At least two years of professional experience in law, information security, cybersecurity, or equivalent experience deemed by the employer as equivalent Very good ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish Good ability to understand and express yourself in speech and writing in English We are looking for someone who is structured, thorough, and comfortable working on multiple matters in parallel. You have good teaching abilities and express yourself well in speech and writing. We place great emphasis on your collaborative skills and that you are comfortable working both independently and in a group. Through environmental monitoring, you stay updated within your area of expertise. In this role, you have many contact points with advisory and support functions.
