We are now seeking an engaged analyst with an interest in population-based interventions such as screening. With us, you will work toward equitable and evidence-based health and care services and lead important projects that make a difference at the national level. About the Position As an analyst, you will develop recommendations for new national screening programs and develop and manage existing programs. You will work from a systematic process approach and lead projects according to our model for assessing, implementing, and following up on national screening programs. This involves planning, coordinating, and maintaining processes where many actors are involved. You will collaborate with and lead experts and others participating in the work and present the work in various forums, such as to members and politicians in the national screening council. You will also contribute to coordinating screening work at the national level to enable follow-up on regions' implementation of our recommendations. The role involves collaborating with national and international actors and monitoring knowledge development in the field. The Unit for National Guidelines 2 develops, among other things, national guidelines that support decision-makers and managers within health and medical care, dental care, and social services to work based on the best available knowledge and to provide care and services on equal terms to the entire population. About You We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and seek someone with experience leading complex projects in a knowledge-intensive environment, preferably in the health sector. You work well in collaboration, feel comfortable building relationships and driving processes forward. You need to feel comfortable presenting and running large meetings and have strong abilities to communicate both verbally and in writing. The role also requires you to be analytical and able to incorporate and apply research and other knowledge into practical decision support. We are seeking someone who has a doctorate with a focus on public health science, epidemiology, medicine, biomedicine, nursing science, or another field that the Swedish Board of Health and Welfare deems relevant work experience as a project manager experience collaborating with various actors, such as experts, authorities, or healthcare providers very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in both Swedish and English It is meritorious if you have experience participating in networks and leading or coordinating meetings experience presenting and communicating decisions and positions to various target groups project management training work experience systematically reviewing, analyzing, and compiling scientific documentation based on studies work experience in statistical, mathematical, or epidemiological modeling experience with national knowledge governance systems, such as guideline work, recommendations, or guidance documents work experience in investigation within a public authority Good to Know The employment is permanent and begins with a six-month probationary period. You will be based at the office on Västerbroplan in Stockholm with the opportunity to work remotely up to 2 days per week. Your job title will be Analyst and your placement will be in the Department for Knowledge Governance for Health and Medical Care and Dental Care at the Unit for National Guidelines 2.
