About the Position
In this role, you will plan and conduct investigations, analyses, and reports that support the agency's work in the e-health area. You will develop and coordinate assessments and analyze materials for remiss statements and positions, with particular focus on matters related to EHDS. An important part of the assignment is to develop and implement strategies, information-sharing processes, and effective working methods in collaboration with other units and external stakeholders. You will monitor and analyze developments within the EU, map the external environment, and identify upcoming requirements that may impact operations.
The role also involves structuring and coordinating development initiatives, conducting needs analyses, environmental monitoring, and change management work. You will prepare cases and develop decision-making materials for management and other decision-makers. You will further lead and participate in collaboration forums within the e-health area and analyze propositions, reports, investigations, and other materials relevant to the agency's mandate and business development.
About You

We are looking for someone who has:
- Academic degree in a relevant field of at least 180 ECTS credits (or 120 points under the previous system)
- At least 3 years of professional experience in project management
- Professional experience with investigation work at a government agency, region, or municipality
- Professional experience with inter-agency collaboration
- Very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
- Very good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing
It is a merit for the position if you have:
- Professional experience with EU and international coordination
- Professional experience driving change management initiatives
- Professional experience working with agile methodologies, such as SAFe
- Professional experience leading projects involving extensive legal analysis
- Professional experience in e-health, digitalization, or the health and care sector
