Description You will have an important role where you lead and coordinate assignments and collaborate with internal and external partners in aquatic restoration with a focus on strengthening measures work to achieve environmental effects. A central part of the operation involves the implementation of the nature restoration regulation. As part of our team, you will participate in several working groups, projects, and forums where you are expected to contribute to developing working methods and collaboration forms characterized by efficiency, transparency, and inclusion. Duties In your daily work, you will: Contribute to joint work for ecosystem-based management Coordinate the implementation of joint assignments in collaboration with other units and departments internally as well as with other authorities and county administrative boards Contribute to developing the unit's communication and dialogue with stakeholders Contribute to developing efficient working methods and collaboration forms Assist with process management of the unit's assignments Handle cases and other work tasks at the agency Qualifications and Personal Qualities We are looking for someone who has: University education (at least a bachelor's degree) in natural sciences or an interdisciplinary orientation At least 3 years of work experience relevant to the position where development of working methods and collaboration forms has been included Documented experience in leading and coordinating processes, dialogue, and collaboration between stakeholders within nature conservation or water activities Good ability to process and analyze information and communicate it in an efficient, transparent, and inclusive manner Experience with qualified investigative work within public administration It is meritorious if you have experience with: EU regulations and/or EU directives within the environmental field Work in nature conservation or restoration In your role as a coordinator, you are expected to be a skilled process leader and demonstrate a good ability to leverage others' expertise, communicate, and drive the work forward. To succeed in the assignment, you should be organized and have strong analytical skills. You express yourself well in speech and writing and show personal maturity in your communication with others. You are solution-oriented and have the ability to address issues from multiple perspectives. Terms The salary range for the position is between SEK 49,000–55,000 per month and is based on skills in relation to competence relevant for the position. The employment is permanent on a full-time basis, and probation may be applied. Start date as soon as possible after agreement. The starting point is that work is normally carried out at the agency's offices; however, employees may, after agreement with the unit manager, work at most two days of a full-time position, or work time corresponding to two days per week, remotely.
