At Familjehuset in Lund, we meet children and parents in their everyday lives, in what is difficult but also in what can become different. The work requires good analytical ability and that you feel confident in formulating qualified texts with clear assessments and well-founded analyses. As an investigator, you are one of three contact persons and are responsible for carrying out and following up on the individual assignment. The work is both practical and analytical and takes place close to the family, in everyday life as well as in planned interventions. The role includes, among other things: • working in an investigative and treatment capacity in the family's everyday life • planning and conducting structured interventions such as interaction, child conversations, parent conversations, parental education, and observations • working according to a clear structure and daily routines • being an active part of the milieu therapy work • documenting continuously, developing implementation plans, and writing investigation and treatment reports with clear analysis and high quality. Qualifications We are looking for someone who is confident, stable, and humble, and who can meet people in difficult situations in a professional and respectful manner. You are flexible, unpretentious, and adapt easily to changed conditions. You have good collaboration skills, communicate clearly, and contribute to a positive work environment. We also see that you: • are a social worker or have other equivalent behavioral science education • have knowledge of BBIC • have experience with documentation and record-keeping • have good analytical ability and feel confident writing qualified texts with clear assessments • express yourself very well in Swedish, both orally and in writing It is meritorious if you have experience in investigation work with children and families, work at residential care facilities, and/or within social services. Knowledge in areas such as milieu therapy, Marte Meo, PYC, RePulse, ADBB, COS-P, MI, or similar is also meritorious. Salary form: Monthly salary. Type of employment: Permanent position. Duration, start date: As soon as possible, by agreement. Working hours: Shift work. Full-time corresponds on average to 38.25 hours per week, distributed over a six-week schedule. Working hours are scheduled for day and evening shifts within the timeframe 07:00 to 21:30 as well as duty every third weekend.
