As a specialist physician at Lumena, you help patients with ADHD and autism remotely, with physician support for somatic assessments through our national partner network. Learn more about us at lumena.se About the Role In this role, you are responsible for medical assessment in neuropsychiatric evaluation and treatment. From patient consultations and diagnosis to potential medication treatment, feedback, and documentation. You collaborate closely with a team of specialist physicians, specialist psychologists, and other healthcare staff using modern medical record and video systems, based on established and standardized evaluation procedures developed by experienced psychiatrists and specialist psychologists. Our medical director has over 14 years of experience as a psychiatric specialist and 26 years as a licensed physician. He is also a specialist in acute care, with experience as a senior physician at SöS. You decide whether you want to work remotely or from our clinic on Kungsholmen in Stockholm, and organize your work according to the scope you agree upon. This is an hourly employment position at Lumena – not a consulting contract – so you become part of the team, not a subcontractor. We Are Looking for You If You are a specialist physician in psychiatry with at least 3 years of experience in the role have good experience conducting neuropsychiatric evaluations and basic psychiatric assessments enjoy working independently remotely and feel comfortable with personal responsibility are accustomed to digital, asynchronous workflows and are curious about how AI can support clinical work in a secure way thrive working closely with psychologists and other healthcare staff are very careful with documentation and record-keeping Extensive digital experience is a major plus, but not a requirement. As long as you are open to learning new things, we will support you! What We Offer True freedom and flexibility: work almost entirely remotely, anywhere in Sweden, with great control over your own time. You need to be able to visit our clinic in Stockholm up to four times per year, but no more than that. To be able to meet when needed, you must be able to visit Stockholm once per quarter, sometimes with as little as two weeks' notice.
