Main Responsibilities
As a Rental Agent, you have a central role in meeting both current and prospective tenants. You are responsible for the entire rental process, from vacant to rented apartment. The role involves significant independent responsibility and many contact points, where service, business acumen, and structure are key to creating a positive customer experience.
You actively work with the rental of apartments, parking spaces, and simple premises. You ensure that rentals are carried out in accordance with applicable legislation, internal guidelines, and the company's rental policy.
An important part of the work is daily customer contact. You answer questions, provide advice, and guide tenants through various parts of their housing journey. You also handle administrative tasks related to rentals, such as contracts, terminations, transfers, exchanges, and subletting.
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in property management, customer service, and finance to ensure efficient and quality management of the company's rental operations.
Experience and Knowledge
We are looking for someone with experience in rental management and work in a housing company or real estate industry.
You have good administrative skills and are experienced working in digital systems such as property management systems.
We would like you to have knowledge of rental legislation and understanding of the regulations governing apartment rentals.
You express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and are experienced in customer communication.
Education
We are looking for someone with a post-secondary education in property management or similar education (that includes rental law).
B driving license is required.
