Property Manager, Sales, and Business Development

We have about 30 furnished residential units and we are looking for someone to continue operating and developing our concept. We are in a phase where we want to completely move away from all short-term rentals and only work with long-term agreements with large companies and similar clients. We have made good progress in this transition and we are looking for someone who can establish new contacts with new customers and also develop relationships with existing ones. Wind power companies and wind power subcontractors are our largest target group right now. We are fully booked right now so things are going well for us, and we are currently developing approximately 10 additional residential units. If you are also willing and able to work physically with our small team on a daily basis, and can handle interior design, renovations, obtain building permits, and receive guests, you are even more welcome to join us.
