In this role, you have a clear focus on leasing out our residences and building relationships with both prospective tenants and existing residents. You are our face to the outside and play an important role in generating interest in our available apartments and helping people find their new home.
About the role
At Brinova, leasing is both business and relationship. As a leasing agent, you are an important part of the customer's interaction with Brinova and actively work to generate interest in our residences, follow up with prospective tenants, and drive the leasing process forward.
As a leasing agent, you are responsible for the customer journey from initial interest to contract and move-in. You actively and proactively manage leasing, follow up with prospective tenants, conduct viewings, and take initiative in marketing activities that generate interest in our residences.
The role involves many personal meetings. Working hours include evenings and weekends.

To succeed in this role, we believe you:
- Have experience with customer contact and service
- Have good administrative ability and experience working in digital systems
- Have experience in administration and customer contact
- Are experienced in using CRM, business, or case management systems
- Hold a B-class driver's license for manual transmission vehicles
- Have good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
Previous sales experience is a merit, but we value your personality, drive, and attitude most of all. If you have the desire to develop, strong commitment, and enjoy working with people, we believe you can do very well in this role.
