Rental Agent for Consulting Assignment in Malmö We are seeking an engaged and driven rental agent for our client in Malmö. The assignment starts in October and runs through February 2027, on a part-time basis, 50%. Your assignment as a rental agent You are responsible for the rental of residential properties and work together with the property manager on-site. The role includes apartment viewings, contract signing with new tenants and inspections of apartments. You also conduct marketing events in your property management area, and work both at the office and out at the properties. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is self-driven and has experience in residential rentals, sales, customer service and/or administration. You are customer-focused, organized and thorough, and always strive for satisfied customers. A driver's license is required.
