JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the face of LKQ Atracco, and your main focus will be to reach out, book, and conduct meetings with new potential workshop customers as well as maintain existing customer relationships with workshops. The work may also involve participating in trade shows and events that we attend as exhibitors during the year. You have great freedom to plan your own work week and will work independently for the most part, but of course you're part of a great team that you stay in close contact with. Examples of job responsibilities:
The work primarily consists of new customer acquisition, but also includes visits to and further development of existing customers.
Advisory services regarding our products and services.
Participation in trade shows and events.
Planning and organization.
Weekly meetings with reporting and coordination.
PERSONAL QUALITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The person we are looking for is a positive and trustworthy relationship builder who is motivated by doing business. You have strong personal drive and engagement and are not afraid to reach out to new people, and you prefer to be out in the field. Since the work is largely independent, it's important that you have strong self-motivation and good organizational and planning skills. Important for the position:
Previous experience from the automotive industry (e.g., from workshop work, service advisor, sales of car parts, or other relevant experience).
Category B driver's license
Meritorious, but not required:
Previous experience with field sales, preferably from B2B.
Automotive technical education.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The position involves you working mainly out in the field with customer visits within your district, but you will also have access to a workplace at one of our facilities if needed. Since you work out in the field, hotel stays occur, in periods several times a week.
The position is full-time and begins with a 6-month probationary period.
Working hours are Monday-Friday.
Hotel stays occur frequently.
Salary consists of a fixed component and a performance-based component.
