Byggbeslag is organized into two business areas: Material Supply to the construction and real estate industries, and Locks & Security. Within the Locks & Security business area, the company works with functional solutions related to door environments, locks, fittings, access control systems, alarms, and CCTV – often as an integrated part of larger construction projects. 💼 Responsibilities As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work within the Locks & Security business area and be responsible for sales to construction and contracting projects. You will work closely with construction contractors and their organizations, including purchasers, contract engineers, site managers, and supervisors. The work consists largely of relationship building with both existing and new customers, where you follow projects over time and drive deals from the early stages to completion. Sales include, among other things, installation projects where Byggbeslag is responsible for design, delivery, and installation. Sales cycles are often long and require structure, business understanding, and perseverance. You will work with quotations and contracts in close collaboration with project designers and production, and will participate in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic work. The role involves regular customer visits and you have access to a company car. A significant portion of your time will be spent at customer locations to understand their needs and present customized solutions. Examples of responsibilities: Customer visits and proactive management of new and existing customers Identify business opportunities and follow construction and contracting projects over time Build and develop long-term customer relationships Quotation, tender, and contract work Technical advice on lock and security solutions Collaboration with project designers, technicians, and production 🔍 Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities Technical understanding and interest Merit with experience from construction contracting or the security industry Good computer skills and administrative abilities Sales experience is highly desirable Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Driver's license (Category B) We are looking for someone who is social, trustworthy, and confident in customer interactions.
