Crenna is Sweden's leading manufacturer of rectangular ventilation ducts and has spent over 30 years developing, producing, and marketing rectangular ventilation products. We currently have manufacturing operations in four locations and employ approximately 110 people. Since 2020, Crenna has been a wholly owned subsidiary of Lindab Sverige AB and is part of the international Lindab Group. We are now seeking an outside sales representative for the Mälardalen region and surrounding areas, based in Enköping or Stockholm, who wants to represent a strong brand with high-quality products and contribute to Crenna's continued growth. About the Role As an outside sales representative at Crenna, you are responsible for selling Crenna's products and services within your geographic area. You work independently to drive development and cultivation of both new and existing customers and to build long-term customer relationships. You work in a customer-focused manner to understand customer needs and propose customized products & solutions to ensure the highest level of service to our customers. When needed, you will also prepare quotes, read drawings, create simple sketches, and perform sound calculations. You will become part of an engaged sales team consisting of both outside and inside sales representatives. The role offers flexible placement options where you can work either from our head office in Enköping or from our Stockholm unit. As an outside sales representative, you report to the Sales and Marketing Manager. Your Profile We are looking for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and results-focused with the ability to independently advance your processes. We see that you have: Sales experience Experience from the ventilation industry or related technical sector Strong mathematical skills Good communication skills and an ability to build strong relationships High social competence and comfort working in a role with many contacts and varied environments A structured work approach and the ability to plan and advance your work independently The position requires proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as a valid driver's license.
