Education Leader for Courses/Care Instructor within Vocational University About the Operation ABF Stockholm conducts vocational university programs that meet labor market needs and contribute to competency supply in the welfare sector. Our programs are characterized by high quality, close collaboration with the working world, and a strong focus on student development and employability. We are now seeking an engaged and driven Education Leader/Care Instructor who wants to help develop our programs and courses within care and health services as well as AI for teachers and educators. You will combine the role of education leader for three short courses with teaching in the care and health field, including IBIC/ICF and dementia care. In this role, you will have overall responsibility for planning, implementing, quality assurance, and development of the courses while contributing pedagogical expertise and industry knowledge. Responsibilities As Education Leader, you are responsible for: Planning, coordinating, and administering the implementation of the three programs. Ensuring program quality and continuous improvement. Serving as a contact person for students, instructors, lecturers, and workplace representatives. Coordinating program schedule and course planning. Working with follow-up, documentation, and reporting according to the Swedish Vocational University Authority's guidelines. Participating in management team work and developing collaboration with employers in the care and health sector. Contributing to the development of new programs and educational concepts and participating in applications for vocational university programs. As Care Instructor, you are responsible for: Planning and delivering instruction in two care and health programs. Teaching in areas including: IBIC/ICF Dementia Diseases and Dementia Care Person-centered Care Documentation and Quality Work Care and Health from an Ethical and Legal Perspective Supporting and coaching students throughout their programs. Assessing and monitoring student learning development. Participating in examinations and quality follow-up. Qualifications Requirements Education in care and health, teacher training, or other education that the employer considers equivalent. Documented experience from care and health operations. Experience teaching care-related subjects. Excellent knowledge of IBIC and ICF as well as dementia care. Very strong administrative abilities. Very strong skills in Microsoft Office applications and digital tools. Very strong ability to express yourself in speech and writing in Swedish. Experience working independently and in close collaboration with others. Merits Experience working within a vocational university. Experience as an education leader or education coordinator. Knowledge of the Swedish Vocational University Authority's regulations and quality work. Experience with learning platforms and digital instruction, such as Omniway. Experience with quality management and operational development. Experience collaborating with employers in care and health. Pedagogical education or teaching credentials.
